Natalie is a small business attorney and legal resource for online entrepreneurs. Close to a decade ago she opened up her own law firm. She was scared shitless and felt so overwhelmed with all that was needed to start her own entrepreneurial journey. So she dug deep and did the research to find out what would not only keep her legally compliant but also legally protected!
With the boom of online entrepreneurs, she found herself consulting with more and more friends on what they legally needed for their businesses. She noticed that when they had the right legal documents in place, they emerged more confident and they truly stepped into the CEO versions of themselves. Then it dawned on her, there is truly a desire for other female entrepreneurs to figure out the what they legally need in their businesses.
Natalie considers the life force behind her business to be empowerment! She believes helping other female entrepreneurs legally protect themselves, will empower them to share more freely, post more freely, create more freely... change the world more freely! This Butterfly Effect is exactly what lights her up!
She wants to let you all know that legally protecting your businesses is easier and cheaper than you think and that when we have a strong legal base we emerge more confident to share our gifts with the world!

Claire is a PCI Certified® Parent Coach and Positive Parenting Educator, helping moms struggling with frustration, anger, and yelling become calmer and confident and creating more connected families for almost ten years. She’s also a stepmom/mom of 4 young adult children and lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and fur baby, Bella.
Early on in her journey as a mother of four, Claire found herself experiencing frequent conflict, overwhelm, and anger. However, through years of personal work, Claire changed the parenting patterns that were not serving her or her family and became the calm, confident mama she knew she could be. Her kids needed her to be, creating the strong, close-knit, deeply connected family she has today.
This journey is what brought her to parent coaching today. What took her years to accomplish, she now shows other families how to do it in a much shorter period of time using her C.A.R.E.S. Approach and proven Positive Discipline Tools and Techniques.
C.A.R.E.S. is an approach that incorporates positive parenting, mindfulness, and awareness. Claire used all of these in her own journey, which allowed her to move from being stuck in chaos, conflict, and power struggles to being IN a relationship with her kiddos and seeking resolutions with them from a place of connection instead.
Parenting is hard, but it doesn't have to be miserable. To yell-LESS is more about skills than it is about will.
